At Willowbilly Smokehouse, we bring woodsmoked goodness straight from our smokehouse to your plate, capturing rugged Alaskan spirit in every bite. We are from Willow, Alaska. Our daughter, Jessica, is the master chef and is the main owner of the business. She plans to add to the menu in the summer of 2026 when she graduates high school and has more time. Besides smoking meats, cheeses and creating delicious recipes Jessica enjoys hunting, fishing, working on her truck, and riding her 4-wheeler with her dog, Kimber.

Our Food
We craft bold, real woodsmoked dishes with fresh ingredients, served with a straightforward approach that helps keep our foods affordable for working families to enjoy. Our aim is to serve the best food possible at the best price possible. Our recipes are simple, using the freshest products available and the cleanest spices we can find. We do not use preservatives or chemicals, pellets or liquid smoke. It is real, simple, bold, delicious.
We are usually set up at the Hardware store on Saturdays and the Willow Farmers Market on Fridays during the summer

If you’re anywhere near Willow, you NEED to check out Willowbilly Smokehouse. The food is seriously top notch — fresh, flavorful, and you can tell it’s made with pride. The smoked meats are incredible and packed with that real, homemade taste you just don’t find everywhere.
What really makes this place stand out though is the people behind it. The Eison family are some of the kindest, hardest working folks around, and it shows in everything they do. You feel welcomed the second you show up.
It’s awesome seeing a local, family-run business bringing something this good to our community. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!
